About Julie

Julie Guidry is a Dallas/Fort Worth–based interior designer with nearly three decades of experience transforming homes through design, remodeling, new construction planning, and professional staging. Since founding her firm in 1996, she has become known for creating interiors that are not only beautiful, but deeply personal and intuitive — often understanding what her clients need before they do.
Julie was invited to join the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) in 2000, following multiple features in D Magazine, D Home, Dallas Home Design, Riviera, Private Jet Magazine, and Modern Luxury — which notably profiled her own home. Her work balances sophistication with soul, blending timeless materials, curated pieces, and a sense of warmth that turns spaces into sanctuaries.
Recognizing a gap in the real estate market, Julie pioneered a home staging division in 2001 — before “staging” was even a widely recognized term. Her philosophy was simple yet powerful: the longer someone lingers in a home that feels warm, livable, and inspiring, the more likely they are to fall in love with it. That instinct paid off — she has since staged hundreds of properties ranging from $500,000 to over $20 million, many of which sold within days, often with multiple offers.
When she’s not designing, Julie enjoys reading, writing, cooking, baking, and collecting art and one-of-a-kind objects that tell a story — much like the homes she creates.
