About Julie

Julie Guidry is an interior designer that has been designing, remodeling, building, and staging homes, in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, since 1996. With an unparalleled passion for perfect spaces, she strives to make every project unique by learning about her clients and what they need, whether they are aware of their needs or not.

Although entirely self-taught, Julie was admitted into ASID in 2000, after being published multiple times in D Magazine, D Home, Dallas Home Design, Riviera, Private Jet Magazine, and Modern Luxury Magazine, which launched from her private home.

Sensing a need, in 2001 Ms. Guidry started a new division of her company staging homes.  Although, at that time, staging was not a common term utilized in the real estate market. She believed that the longer you could keep someone in a comfortable, warm and inviting home, the more likely they would be to fall in love.

It was a bet that paid off.  In the interim, Guidry has staged hundreds of homes, ranging from $500,000 to $8,000,000, many of which went under contract within the first week on the market, and quite a few on the first day.
